How To Become a Qualified Lender

The simple process to become a qualified lender starts with reaching out to the appropriate contact.

For Comfort of Home

Email the Master Servicer, U.S. Bank, at lender.management@usbank.com to get started. Our guidelines are established through US Bank (the Master Servicer) and eHousing Plus (the Program Administrator).

For The Heroes to Homeowners Program

Although Heroes to Homeowners is a grant funded by JPFA, qualified professionals must still apply via a qualified lender. To become a qualified lender for this program, you must apply to become a qualified lender for one of our other programs.  The Heroes to Homeowners program must be combined with one of the JPFA’s assitance programs.

For The Bond Program

Standard Mortgage serves as the Series 2023 Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program. You can learn more about becoming approved with Standard Mortgage at the link below. You may also e-mail Tacey Carlton at tcarlton@stanmor.com.
